Information overload, Infographics are here to help... how are you getting through?
13-Oct-2012Your Brand - yes this captures attention, recall and enables customers to relate to your business - but you need more than this
We live in the age of 'big data' which means customers are receiving more information, messages, data than ever before. Not to mention the majority of us being time-poor, it is hard to keep up with the mountains of data that are flowing to us every day.
Technology has changed the landscape of how we communicate and live basically.

it's a daily challenge and it doesn't stop |
You may have gotten people's attention with your brand profile and 'whet their appetite' but how do you assist them to consume and interpret your sales message and content marketing?
Infographics are the perfect way to optimise the best of both worlds:
- 'Words' allow for deep analysis of concepts but it relies heavily upon the reader's ability to process that information and can perhaps be more time consuming
- 'Graphics' may be easier for people to interpret and understand but perhaps not as effective at communicating more complicated concepts on their own
Infographics is the combination of both words and graphics.
They will effectively assist your customers to easily interpret and understand information and sales content about your business and moreover customers will recall / link it back to your business alone - being completely branded.
Infographics are particularly helpful for businesses that have more complicated or elaborate sales pitches and products.
This is not new news. Infographics are a growing trend right now. In fact from the start of 2010 to the beginning of 2012, infographic search volumes have increased by over 800% in just over 2 years. Statistics from the social network Digg reveal that since 2007, infographics on Digg have increased by 250 times!*
Here is a snippet of some infographics we are currently doing for one of our client's sales presentation:
